Chuss, who works as a waiter at the Jameos bar, next to the pool of the Elba Premium Suite - adults only area - tells us: “In August I will do three years at Elba Hotels. I work in a very quiet area of the hotel where people come to rest and relax. I like to give our clients a close and friendly treatment, so they leave with a good feeling and satisfied with their experience”. The result of his philosophy at work is evident in social networks, where most of our clients show their appreciation and sympathy for him.

On this occasion we present Marcela, the Executive Maître of Elba Madrid Alcalá, who declares herself "hopelessly in love" with her work. "I like the contact with the client, and that is the main reason to dedicate myself to hotel industry and events organization", she says.
The task of an Executive Maître implies important responsibilities, especially in a hotel such as Elba Madrid Alcalá, with an intense activity of events and weddings. "The main objective of my position is the satisfaction of the client, both those who come to enjoy Madrid for tourism and those who come for business. And there are also those who choose us to celebrate their wedding ... What a great honor to participate in such an important day for two people who decide to start a family!
