With the story of Arianna Bergantín, Public Relations of Elba Sara, we start a series on our blog dedicated to the great Elba Family, which is made up of all its employees. Why this initiative? Because only they make it possible for everything to be possible.

The work of Arianna is fundamental so that the customers of Elba Sara always find an interlocutor available for their needs. "The main objective of my daily work as head of Public Relations is to make sure that each client enjoys his holidays in our hotel, that he feels comfortable, that he is comfortable and satisfied with all our services and that, in the end, he leaves with the desire to visit us again, " she says..

An essential task for a hotel to work perfectly and that Arianna has been doing since March 2018. "I really like the contact I have with our clients and with the rest of the hotel employees," explains Arianna. Every day I get in contact with a lot of people and with some I create close ties that are maintained throughout the years ".

Arianna, who studied Foreign Languages and Cultures at the University of Modena, has found her place in Fuerteventura. She arrived on the island in June 2015 to complete a summer internship at Reception. An experience in which she learned a lot and left "delighted". So much so that when she got her degree in Italy and she was claimed back in Elba Sara, she did not think it twice. Although at that time she did not intend to stay more than a year because she had in mind to continue her studies ... however, fate had other plans. Before the year of her stay on the island, she met Steve, her boyfriend, and despite having the ticket back to Italy bought, she unpacked her bags ... And until now!!
