Today we bring you the story of one of our employees, we will talk about his life and his work with us. They make everything possible.

Next year, Atilio Baccinello will make ten years as a member of our great Elba family. Mainly, our partner works at Elba Costa Ballena and his task is, as he explains, to "make children and adults happy."

As the Animation Manager at Elba Hotels Atilio has a great responsibility, as his skills, talent and ingenuity are the key for our customers to leave with good memories. “My main goal to achieve is that families leave happy and that the children are thinking about Pepe and the entertainment team all year long, so they are looking forward to their vacations in order to return to our hotel,” explains our partner.

It is clear that this Elba Hotel employee is an essential part of the "family" and also that he has a very special ally whom he mentioned: Pepe. For those who do not know who we are talking about, Pepe is the mascot of Elba Hotels, a cheerful multicolored worm that walks with a lot of self-confidence through our brand's hotels, having a great time with entertainment teams and children. Atilio and Pepe form a great couple! We are very happy to have them with us. 

Certainly, for Elba Hotels it is a privilege to have employees like Atilio, who value our company for “being able to grow in my work” and that when you ask them about their personal projects they answer that they want to “keep growing as a person and as a professional”.

In his spare time Atilio is a sports fan, a lover of healthy life who also likes to travel, read and - attention! as this is an optimal attitude in life- "be happy with what I do".
