CANCELLATION POLICY
LOW SEASON: FROM 01/01 TO 12/04, FROM 01/11 TO 21/12
- In case of total cancellation of the reservation with more than 24 hours to the arrival of the client: FREE
- In case of total cancellation of the reservation less than 24 hours before the client's arrival, 1 night charge.
- In case of No Show, 1 night charge.
HIGH SEASON: DEL 01/07 AL 30/09
- Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival: FREE
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 1 night charge.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival: Total charge of the stay.
- No shows: Total charge of the stay.
MEDIUM SEASON / REST OF THE YEAR: FROM 13/04 TO 06/07, FROM 01/10 TO 31/10, FROM 22/12 TO 02/01
- Cancellation more than 4 days before arrival: FREE
- Cancellation less than 4 days before arrival: 1 night charge.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival: Total charge of the stay.
- No shows: Total charge of the stay.
The hotel does not allow or accept bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar group celebrations and reserves the right of admission.
We only need your credit card details to guarantee your booking. Payment for your stay must be made in the hotel at arrival, except for Non Refund rate. If you do not cancel your booking and then do not arrive on check-in day, a charge will be made to your credit card.
- Check-in time from 15:00h.
- Check-out time until 12:00h.
Important information about the tax "Turismo Sostenible de las Islas Baleares"
The amount corresponding to the tax "Turismo Sostenible de las Islas Baleares" is not included in the price of this booking and must be paid directly in the hotel by the guest.
Rates of duty
- From May 01 to October 31, €3 person/day of stay (10% VAT not included)
- From November 01 to April 30, €0.75 person/day of stay (10% VAT not included)
- For stays longer than 8 days, from the 9th onwards the tax will be reduced by 50%.
- The tax will be applied to stays of over 16 years.

Complaints: Only complaints regarding hotel services brought to the attention of the management during the guest’s stay at the hotel will be entertained. Any complaint made after the client’s departure will not be entertained.
