Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival: FREE
• Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival: 1 night Charge
• No shows: Full stay charge

​Elba Rate - ELBA FIDELITY Non-refundable:

• Exclusive non refundable rate for Elba Fidelity members. It is not allowed to cancel or modify the booking.
• 100% of the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit/debit card at the moment of booking. The price includes taxes.
• Should be the charge no be accepted, the booking will be cancelled without previous notice from the Hotel.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We only need your credit card details to guarantee your booking. Payment for your stay must be made in the hotel at arrival, except for Non Refund rate. If you do not cancel your booking and then do not arrive on check-in day, a charge will be made to your credit card.

• Check-in time from 15:00h.
• Check-out time until 12:00h.

Complaints: Only complaints regarding hotel services brought to the attention of the management during the guest’s stay at the hotel will be entertained. Any complaint made after the client’s departure will not be entertained.
