Additional Information
We only need your credit card details to guarantee your booking. Payment for your stay must be made in the hotel at arrival, except for Non Refund rate. If you do not cancel your booking and then do not arrive on check-in day, a charge will be made to your credit card.
- Check-in time from 15:00h.
- Check-out time until 12:00h.
Cancellation Policy
- In case of total cancellation of the reservation with more than 7 days before the arrival of the client: FREE
- In case of total cancellation of the reservation less than 7 days before the arrival of the client, the Hotel will charge the first night of stay.
- In case of No Show, the hotel will charge the total amount of the stay.
Elba Rate - ELBA FIDELITY Non-refundable
- Exclusive non refundable rate for Elba Fidelity members, only available on www.hoteleselba.com. It is not allowed to cancel or modify the booking.
- The payment is made at the moment and the amount of the reservation is non refundable. 100% of the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit/debit card at the moment of booking. The price includes taxes.
- Should be the charge no be accepted, the booking will be cancelled without previous notice from the Hotel.
Complaints: Only complaints regarding hotel services brought to the attention of the management during the guest’s stay at the hotel will be entertained. Any complaint made after the client’s departure will not be entertained.
