​Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before arrival: Free
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival: One-night charge
• No shows: Charge 1 night

We only need your credit card details to guarantee your booking. Payment for your stay must be made in the hotel at arrival, except for Non Refund rate. If you do not cancel your booking and then do not arrive on check-in day, a charge will be made to your credit card. From 5 rooms the reservation will be subject to the Group Policy (Check with the hotel).

• Check-in time from 15:00h.
• Check-out time until 12:00h.​

​Complaints: Only complaints regarding hotel services brought to the attention of the management during the guest’s stay at the hotel will be entertained. Any complaint made after the client’s departure will not be entertained.
