From August 1 to August 31 (Elba Almería)

• Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival: FREE
• Cancellation less 7 days or less before arrival: Charge 1 night
• No shows: Full stay charge​

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before arrival: Free
• Cancellation 24 hours or less before arrival: 1 night charge

We only need your credit card details to guarantee your booking. Payment for your stay must be made in the hotel at arrival, except for Non Refund rate. If you do not cancel your booking and then do not arrive on check-in day, a charge will be made to your credit card.

• Check-in time from 15:00h.
• Check-out time until 12:00h.

Complaints: Only complaints regarding hotel services brought to the attention of the management during the guest’s stay at the hotel will be entertained. Any complaint made after the client’s departure will not be entertained.
