We only need your credit card details to guarantee your booking. Payment for your stay must be made in the hotel at arrival, except for Non Refund rate. If you do not cancel your booking and then do not arrive on check-in day, a charge will be made to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy
From July 1 to September 15 (Elba Estepona / Elba Costa Ballena / Elba Motril)
- Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival: FREE
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: Charge 1 night
- No shows: In case of a no show, the hotel will charge the total amount of the stay.
From August 1 to August 31 (Elba Almería)
- Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival: FREE
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: Charge 1 night
- No shows: In case of a no show, the hotel will charge the total amount of the stay.
Rest of the year (Elba Estepona / Elba Costa Ballena / Elba Motril / Elba Almería)
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before arrival: Free
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival: In case of cancellation of your booking with less than 24 hours a first night stay will be charged as a penalty.
- No shows: In case of a no show, the hotel will charge the total amount of the stay.
Christmas and New Year
Estepona from 22.12 to 01.01
- Cancellation with less than 72 hours: Charge of 1 night
- No shows: Total charge of the stay
Costa Ballena from 30.12 to 01.01
- Cancellation with less than 72 hours: Charge of 1 night
- No shows: Total charge of the stay
Motril from 22.12 to 01.01
- Cancellation with less than 72 hours: Charge of 1 night
- No shows: Total charge of the stay
Complaints: Only complaints regarding hotel services brought to the attention of the management during the guest’s stay at the hotel will be entertained. Any complaint made after the client’s departure will not be entertained.
