There are endless things to do in Mallorca. For those, who are looking for relax and tranquility or for sportsmen who want to do different watersports or hiking. The wonderful landscape and nature make the island an ideal place to enjoy open air activities. You can find bays and beaches like in paradise.

Many different cultures have been living on Mallorca and the Balearic Islands and still nowadays we can see their traces in historic monuments. Discover Mallorca through its pretty villages, visit the stalactite caves or take a boat to the National Park la Cabrera. For a more cultural program you can visit different museums or the Fundación Miró where the world famous artist lived and worked.

Get prepared to discover and fall in love with Mallorca, as many people and celebrities have done before.

  • NATURAL RESERVES

To discover the special flora and fauna of the Balearic Islands you should visit the natural reserves S’Albufera and the island la Cabrera. On La Cabrera you find virgin bays with golden sand and a museum with the history of the Island. It is also an ideal spot for diving. From several points on Mallorca you can take a boat to La Cabrera or you may also rent a private yacht.

  • SIGHTSEEING ON MALLORCA

The Cathedral Santa María with her spectacular rosette windows, the Royal Palace of la Almudaina, a national monument and sometimes residence of the Royal Family or La Lonja, the gothic monument of the Island, are some of the sights you should visit in the old town of Palma. Las Cuevas del Drach are impressive stalactite caves and Majorica a world known place for breeding pearls.

  • SPORTS ACTVITIES

There are many spots for diving and discovering the depths of the Mediterranean Sea. Also for hikers and bikers the island is a paradise with hundreds of paths to discover. The Tramuntana Mountains, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage are very recommendable due to their natural beauty. For tennis fans the island offers the Xperience Museum of Rafa Nadal in Manacor.

  • CULTURAL VISITS

Miró and his wife have chosen Mallorca as their home and place to establish the Fundación Pilar y Joan Miró where thousands of artworks of the well known artist can be seen, as well as his studios. In Palma you will find Es Baluard, the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art and a little outside of the city the Castillo de Bellver, a fortress being today the Historical Museum of the Island.

  • SHOPPING

In the historical center of Palma with its narrow streets, there are plenty of shops for all tastes. The big international luxury brands in fancy shops can be found on Paseo de Borne. If you look for something with more local flavour, we recommend the Mercadillo de Santanyi, in the South of the Island. Here you can find all kind of products, as specialties from Mallorca, garments and original handicraft.

  • PARADISIACAL BEACHES

There are many beaches and bays on the Island with turquoise water. Within a fantastic landscape you can find long sandy beaches with dunes but also, hidden by cliffs and mountains, little rocky creeks where you can be almost alone. Don’t miss the sunset to have unforgettable moments.
