When you book your stay directly at www.hoteleselba.com, you can select your favorite room on our virtual hotel map before your arrival.

This service is subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. A minimum fee applies, which may vary if the selected room belongs to a higher category.
Available only up to 5 days before arrival.
Confirmation will be sent via email within the 7 days prior to your arrival.
Valid only for single-room bookings.
If your request includes a room upgrade, we will contact you to arrange payment and confirm the booking. This amount will be subject to the same cancellation policy as your original reservation.
If your request is to select a room number within the same booked category, payment will be due at check-in.
In the unlikely event that we cannot assign the requested room, we guarantee an alternative as similar as possible.

When is this service available?

The room pre-assignment service is available up to 5 days before check-in. If you attempt to access the service outside this period, your request cannot be processed.

How long does it take for the hotel to confirm my selection?

The hotel will confirm your selection within the 7 days prior to your arrival, sent to the email address used for the booking.

I have a booking for more than one room. Can I select multiple rooms?

Currently, this service is available for selecting one room at a time. If your reservation includes multiple rooms, please contact mallorca@hoteleselba.com for assistance.

How much does this service cost?

The room selection service and choosing a room number within the same reserved category incurs an additional variable fee, depending on the season and room type. Payment is due at check-in.
