The Elba Carlota has two magnificent restaurants with a la carte menus and buffet options available. The quality of the cooking, the local dishes, and international cuisine alongside the chef’s experience will make your family beach holiday an unforgettable gastronomical experience as well. The lunch and dinner buffet have various daily themes, such as Asian or Italian dishes, with a multitude of options for children, some fish and meat cooked to order, a large selection of salads and many more options to make your taste buds tingle.
We wish to remind you that an appropriate wardrobe, especially in our “a la carte” restaurants, will help to create a nice atmosphere for all our guests. In this respect please avoid at all times after 18:30 hours to wear any kind of beach clothes in the bars and restaurants of the hotel. It is allowed at night time to wear in the restaurants knee shorts pants (bermudas) for gentlemen´s. Shirts must be with sleeves. Thank you.

BUFFET RESTAURANT TINDAYABuffet breakfast with a large selection of fresh products, cold dishes and hot dishes made to order. Breakfast is enjoyed on a terrace with amazing views of the sea, with a large selection of fruits, cereals, cured meats, breads, pastries, juices and traditional food from the Canary Islands.
Lunch time buffet and dinner are set to various themes which are changed each day (Italian, Spanish etc.) also with dishes that are especially for children. You can also indulge in fish, meat and seafood dishes prepared with a special Canary Islands touch.
