The Elba Costa Ballena & Thalasso Resort prides itself in its high quality gastronomy – from international cuisine to traditional Andalucian dishes.

At the hotel restaurant Gades, buffet and at the Beach Club you can enjoy some special a la carte dishes in a chill-out environment.

We wish to remind you that an appropriate wardrobe, especially in our “a la carte” restaurants, will help to create a nice atmosphere for all our guests. In this respect please avoid at all times after 18:30 hours to wear any kind of beach clothes in the bars and restaurants of the hotel. It is allowed at night time to wear in the restaurants knee shorts pants (bermudas) for gentlemen´s. Shirts must be with sleeves. Thank you.

GADES BUFFET RESTAURANT
Fresh fish are prepared daily in a hundred different ways. Hot or cold dishes, salads, paella and typical Cádiz dishes together with a variety of tempting suggestions all combine to make eating at the Elba Costa Ballena a delicious experience. Plus, you can dine on the terrace where you can enjoy the magnificent views of the hotel gardens and the golf course.
LA BALLENA BEACH CLUB
Right by the beach (of course!), the Beach Club has a lunch and dinner menu, including rice and other typical local dishes such as tapas and pinchos along with fresh seafood from the coast of Cádiz to enjoy at any time of day. Discover a chill out vibe as the sun goes down complete with music and evening menu for great dining experience under the moonlight.

Our modern Bahía Restaurant offers a multifaceted buffet and show cooking. Open in high season.
LOBBY BAR & LOUNGE
Our Lobby Bar offers wonderful views over the golf course and is the perfect place to relax. From the huge and inviting terrace you can enjoy sunset or our evening animation program.
POOL BAR
Our Pool Bar is located next to the main swimming pool of the hotel and offers snacks, drinks, ice cream and cocktails. Open in high season.
SWIM UP BAR
We serve our guests drinks and cocktails. Open in high season.
