We will provide you with an Elba Fidelity card number when you complete the registration process during your next stay. At the hotel you will have to fill out and sign the registration form.
If you still don't have a card number, don't worry because with your username and password you already have full access to the Elba Fidelity preferential rate and to all the advantages of our loyalty program.
If you have already filled out the form in a previous stay and you don't know what your card number is, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can inform you.
- Earn points: For every Euro spent you get 1 point
- Pay with points: Each point has a value of € 0.06
To redeem your points you just have to send us in advance (email@example.com) a copy of your reservation confirmation.
- Hoteles Elba reserves the right to cancel or modify the conditions of the Elba Fidelity Program totally or partially. Hoteles Elba will do everything possible to inform with prior notice about the cancellation or changes in the program. In any case Hoteles Elba is not responsible for the loss or damage caused to the cardholder in these events.
- All individuals staying at any of the Elba Hotels will benefit from all the advantages offered by the Elba Fidelity Card and will also accumulate points provided the payment is made directly to the hotel at a rate which is published and accepted by the hotel. For Group and Company rates the cardholder will be unable to accumulate points for his/her room or get the discount for his/her room-night, but this will be applied for all his extra charges.
- The member of the Elba Fidelity Program will accumulate points for the total amount of the invoice. Points will not be accumulated for events or invoices of company accounts. Also, points will not be given for rooms different from the cardholder.
- The cardholder will need to identify him/herself to benefit from the advantages of the Fidelity program. Everytime the cardholder makes a booking, he/she will need to show his/her card on his arrival.
- The free nights stays when redeeming your Fidelity points at Elba hotels are subject to availability. You will need to contact our Customer Service Department with prior notice to make your booking. In the case that the cardholder does not stay at the hotel and does not cancel his/her booking with before the arrival date, the redeemed points will not be returned to the cardholder's account.
- The Elba Fidelity card is a property of Hoteles Elba S.L., which reserves the right to cancel it in the case of misuse by cardholder. It is personal and not transferable and it not a credit card. Its use is subject to the knowledge and acceptance of the Elba Fidelity program conditions.
- Hoteles Elba is not responsible for the missing or delayed mail, or any mistakes in the prices or conditions of the promotions sent, and reserves the right to amend them.
- The relation for points exchange can be revised periodically.
- If any stay does not appear in the summary of points of the cardholder, it would be included in the following summary. Should the cardholder have any query regarding the his/her points, he/her should contact the Customer Service Department sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
