Dear Customers,

We hope that you and all your family are well. These are difficult times for all of us, but we are sure that together we will get through this situation.

At the present time some of our hotels will be temporarily closed.

Given the exceptional circumstances, we have adapted our reservation change and cancellation policy to offer our clients total flexibility.


Have I booked a FLEXIBLE RATE at and finally cannot travel?

We have fully flexible changes, offering 100% flexibility with free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.

Have I booked a non-refundable rate with and finally I cannot travel?

For this type of rate we offer the following options:

  • Option 1: 100% Flexibility for date changes valid until 31/12/2021.
  • Option 2: Refund of the amount.

Option 1 will allow you to change the date of your reservation until 31/12/2021 as many times as necessary, leaving the prepaid amount in your favor.  In the event that your new reservation is for an amount greater than the balance in your favor, you must pay the difference. In the event that the amount of your new reservation is lower, you can use this difference to pay for the extras.

Option 2 will only be valid if the reserved Hotel remains closed and we have not been able to offer you an alternative in a hotel of the same category.

If you have requested a refund for your reservation and we have not replied yet, we ask that you please understand that our team is handling an exceptionally high volume of requests, so it may take up to a maximum of 60 days.

In the event that we are exceptionally forced to modify the opening date of one hotel in the same destination, guests who have a reservation will be relocated in another hotel of the same or higher category.
