At the present time and whilst the state of alert, travel restrictions and airspace closure persist, all of our hotels will be temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Given the exceptional circumstances, we have adapted our reservation change and cancellation policy to offer our clients total flexibility whilst the state of alarm, travel restrictions and airspace closure persist.
BOOKINGS MADE THROUGH DIRECT CHANNELS:
Have I booked a FLEXIBLE RATE at hoteleselba.com and finally cannot travel due to the coronavirus (COVID-19)?
We have fully flexible changes, offering 100% flexibility with free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.
Have I booked a non-refundable rate with hoteleselba.com and finally I cannot travel due to the coronavirus (COVID-19)?
For this type of rate we offer the following options:
- Option 1) Voucher for the same value of the original reservation valid until 31/12/2021.
- Option 2) Refund of the amount.
In the case of opting for Option 1, we want to reward your loyalty and your cooperation by offering an extra voucher for 20% of the value of your reservation., which can be redeemed at any hotel in of the chain.
If you have requested a refund for your reservation and we have not replied yet, we ask that you please understand that our team is handling an exceptionally high volume of requests, so it may take up to a maximum of 60 days.
In the event that we are exceptionally forced to modify the opening date of one hotel in the same destination, guests who have a reservation will be relocated in another hotel of the same or higher category.
