People over 12 years old have to present a UE vaccinate certificate or instead a negative test PCR (72 hours) or negative antigen test (48 hours). The vaccinate certificate or negative tests must be presented in QR digital format, since it is the only way to validate it, otherwise, the entrance to the restaurants or other areas of the hotel will not be allowed.

1.- Users over 12 years of age may access the interior space of the hotel and leisure establishments, defined in accordance with the provisions respectively in sections III.2.7 and III.2.8 of the Catalog of Public Shows, Activities Recreational and public establishments of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, approved by Decree 155/2018, of July 31, and establishments assimilated to these headings, in accordance with its ninth additional provision, provided that they have a certificate issued by the public service of health or by an authorized laboratory in the case of paragraph b) below, which certifies the concurrence of any of the following circumstances:
- A) That they received the complete schedule of a vaccine against COVID-19 for which a marketing authorization was granted, in accordance with Regulation (EC) 726/2004.
- B) That they have a negative diagnostic test carried out in the last 72 hours, in the case of PCR, and 48 hours, in the case of antigen tests. In the case of rapid antigen tests, they must be listed in the common and updated list of rapid antigen tests for COVID-19 established on the basis of Recommendation 2021 / C 24/01, of the Council of Europe.
- C) Who have recovered from a SARS-CoV-2 infection in the last 6 months. For this, the person must have been diagnosed as a confirmed case of COVID-19 11 days ago or more, by means of a PCR test, no other type of test being valid.
2. In order to access the establishments provided for in the previous section, it will be essential for users to document both their identity and the occurrence of any of the three circumstances provided therein.
