Just got back from this hotel found this holiday amazing loved every minute of it that much that we didn't want to come home. we have only been back two days and are already planning our next holiday there . The staff were wonderful in particular Mercedes in the restaurant and Emma in the english pub. While we were there it was one of our relatives birthdays and they hand made us a cake that tasted delicious. The pools were nice and clean as the maintenance men cleaned every morning. Overall a really nice hotel and great holiday.

We stayed in this hotel for the first week of September. We paid for a sea view apartment and were self catering. The hotel had everything we needed, it is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We were away from the hotel during the day, and in the evening time it was quiet and we could enjoy our balcony. We were provided with plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, so we could cook in the evening if we wanted to stay and enjoy our balcony. The staff were very friendly answering all the questions we had in great depth, Gabriel on reception was excellent and provided us with information on great places to eat. It is worth paying the extra for the sea view room as the view is stunning. The room was cleaned to an excellent standard every day and towels and sheets changed. The hotel provided everything we needed for our stay and is great value.

My son and I have just returned after 10 nights. Great reception from all the staff, and they were happy to see us again. Staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were amazing as usual, Sergio the manager does a great job, with fresh food cooked to order, we were never short of something to eat, menu changed every day with a different country theme. Spotlessly clean, tables cleared as plates are emptied and always with a smile. We had a sea view room with balcony, and rooms are cleaned several times a week, rooms are getting dated but everything we needed was included, rooms are being updated, and work has started on these. Pools are cold but refreshing after a long hot sunbathe. Pools are clean and welcoming, with two large pools to choose from, with spectacular views. The bar staff were great and are always happy and chatty. We did aqua aerobics with frank in the pool each morning, it was great fun with frank laughing and joking with us and keeping everyone busy, water basket, pool volleyball each day was great fun to watch, and not forgetting pepe! The big fluffy caterpillar who entertains the children and the adults! Playing games with the children, everyone loves pepe by the end of the holiday. Entertainment in the evenings varied from, animal shows to flamenco dancing. Some of the shows we a bit naff, but all added to the fun. This is a three star hotel, if you want all the mod cons like air conditioning maybe it's best to go to a four or five star, as you get what you pay for!! We have always had a great time here and can't wait to return as soon as we can. Karen and Adam Campbell

We have been to this resort several times and have always liked it . It is quite, well laid out, clean and very friendly. I have also stayed at this particular hotel several times , so here goes. Great site, situated above the rocks at the edge of the resort beside the resort footpath which winds around the coast, great place to walk and cycle. the staff are extremely friendly and helpful especially the restaurant staff. The food is of a very good standard and varied on a daily basis, we go half board. The rooms are very good with the best rooms being those with a sea view. There is TV in each room (sets need updating) but no air-conditioning, but there is a cool sea breeze. the pools are good and they have a 'kids' entertainment team.
