Successful participation in the II Anjoca Golf Cup Tournament.

134 players from 7 different nationalities participated in the II edition Anjoca Golf Tournament held at Fuerteventura Golf Club on May 9, 2009. 

The initial forecast was overtaken, so it was necessary to establish a second day to accommodate all registrants, who came to the island from various sources. Sponsors, athletes, media and institutional representatives held an initiative that encourages sport and tourism in the Canary Islands.

The award ceremony took place in the canary courtyard of the Elba Palace Golf hotel.
