How does it work?

Your Elba Fidelity card allows you to collect points that you can exchange at any of our hotels for free nights

• Register now at no cost and we will send you a personalised card identifying you as a member of the Fidelity Programme.
• Show your card at reception each time you stay at any of the hotels in the Hotels Elba chain. The points you earn for your stay will be automatically added to the total in your Fidelity card account.
• Collect points and enjoy free hotel nights. When you have collected enough points to entitle you to a free night at the hotel of your choice, you can either contact us Hotels Elba head office, or the hotel directly, giving your membership details when you make your reservation and showing your card on arrival at the hotel.
